You can return an item within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, with tags intact and unused. Note: Return shipping costs to our warehouse are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

📦 How to Make a Return

Please print and sign the return form. Make sure all refund details are filled out correctly.
Send a scan or photo of the form to our email. We’ll review it within 24 hours and contact you to arrange a courier pick-up.
Prepare the item for return — pack it in the original box (if available) and include any proof of purchase.
When the courier arrives, hand the parcel over to them.

💰 When Will I Receive My Refund?

As soon as we receive the item, we’ll initiate the refund process and notify you via email.
The refund will be issued minus the delivery fee to our warehouse.
The processing time depends on your bank — usually up to 10 business days.

🛠 If You Received a Faulty Item

If you discover a defect or fault after using the product, you can still return it even after the 14-day period.
In this case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Please email us and attach photos that clearly show the defect.
Our team will contact you within one business day to explain the next steps.
